Educational Only, Not Professional Advice

Our recipes, guides, and preservation info (canning, fermenting, pickling, curing, etc.) are for general education. We are not your health authority, dietitian, or legal adviser. Always follow local public-health guidance and manufacturer instructions.

 

You Assume the Risk

Cooking and preservation involve heat, sharp tools, pressurized jars, perishable food, pH/salt targets, and equipment calibration. You are responsible for ingredients, sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, thermometer accuracy, altitude adjustments, cooling, and storage.
